Why is the price public?
Because "price on request" is how bad deals hide. Every lot we list is owned or controlled by people we know, priced honestly, and shown to everyone equally.
Can I visit first?
Yes — we'd rather you walk the land than trust a photo. We're based on the coast and will take you to see anything we list, or send you everything to explore solo.
Who handles the sale?
Licensed Mexican brokers and a notario público. We curate and introduce — the legal work is done by professionals, and we never touch your money.
